Frequently Asked Questions

What Do I Wear to Church?
Many churches say "come as you are". Some mean it, others don't. We do! Seriously. When you join us for worship, you'll find that some of our folks dress up and others show up in shorts and a t-shirt. We believe that God sees beyond what we wear to church and looks upon our hearts as we worship Him.
Is There Something for My Kids?
Children between Kindergarten thru 5th grade are welcome to join our JAM (Jesus And Me) Time Kid Ministry during the Sunday morning worship service. Typically during the Summer months, we have JAM Time every other week. No matter the Sunday, we encourage families to worship together and children are ALWAYS welcome in worship. Caring, professional, and trained teachers and nursery team members are available to assist you and your children as needed. We believe the words of Jesus when He said “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.” (Matthew 19:14 New Living Translation)
What Happens on a Typical Sunday Morning?
After you are greeted by our hospitality team, you are invited to grab a beverage and/or a snack in the cafe, then to the sanctuary where you can choose to sit in rows or at a table. We believe that the Kingdom of God is best experienced in relationship with others, so we place a high value on making sure you feel welcome. If you are sitting alone, someone may ask if they can sit with you. Feel free to respond as you are comfortable. The service itself is designed with more traditional (liturgical) elements with some modern adaptations. Many times we will sing some hymns, and sometimes we will have our band join us and lead us in more modern worship songs. Either way, you are welcome to join in singing, clapping your hands, dancing, or however it is that you give your best to God in worship.
What Is Dinner Church?
** PLEASE NOTE - Dinner Church is currently postponed. We plan to continue Dinner Church in Spring of 2023**

Dinner Church is an exciting opportunity to join with others in a relaxed, worshipful atmosphere where we eat a shared meal, sing some Jesus songs, hear a Jesus story, share our pow's and wow's (our prayers of concern and prayers of celebration), and join in conversation about the intersection of the Jesus story and our story. Dinner is absolutely FREE and children are always welcome! Note that there is no childcare at this time on Monday evenings. However, you are welcome to utilize the nursery or children's wing as needed. Just coordinate with one of our Dinner Church team members.
